Notice Details

1- LESCO intends to purchase Line and Transformers CTs conforming to WAPDA Specifications (amended to date) through open tender, financed under LESCO’s own resources.

2- LESCO invites sealed bids on worldwide basis from the manufacturers / suppliers from Pakistan or any country except those which are subject to boycott in accordance with the laws of Islamic Republic for supply of following material.

I- 145 KV single phase Current transformers Ratio 1200:600:300/5-5-5-5A, short time current rating: thermal=40KA & dynamic=100KA, with extended creepage distance, steel supporting structure and terminal connectors for 600mm2 horizontal Aluminium conductor.

II- 145 KV single phase Current transformers Ratio 200:100:300/5-5-5A, short time current rating: thermal=40KA & dynamic=100KA, with extended creepage distance, steel supporting structure and terminal connectors for 600mm2 horizontal Aluminium conductor.

4- A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- w.e.f 16.01.2010 before opening date. Local representatives should submit original Authority letter from their Principal.

5- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 2% of total Bid Price and must be delivered to the above office on or before 16-02-2010 at 11:30 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hours (noon) in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt.

6- Above tender quantity can be increased / decreased. All rights reserved by Chief Executive Oficer LESCO. The bidders must quote for complete lot. Bid covering only part of the lot will be rejected.
